The Semi-Private Studios are great for creative professionals looking for a large clean dedicated space within a communal setting. The open space offers a large kitchen, restrooms, a small gallery space with rotating exhibitions, an artist/museum library, and several lounge areas for small groups and one-on-one meetings.
Potential studio tenants may include: designers (graphic, fashion, landscape, etc..), photographers, videographers, writers, arts administrators, curators, researchers, appointment-only galleries, small creative agencies, and artists with contained studio practices(collage artists, digital artists, etc..)
703 PRIVATE STUDIOS
The Private Studios are great for artists, makers, and creative small businesses looking for a private studio within a creative community of other small businesses. The private studios share a common corridor which includes a small kitchen, restrooms, and several lounge areas for small groups and one-on-one meetings.
Potential studio tenants may include: Small design studios (graphic, fashion, landscape, etc..), photographers, videographers, appointment-only galleries, small creative businesses, and studio artists (painters, sculptors, tattoo, etc..)
703 WORKSHOP STUDIOS
The Workshop Studios are great for artists, makers, and creative small businesses looking for a purely functional space. The workshop studios have concrete floors, lockable security gates/privacy curtains, and share a common corridor with the Private Studios. The studios are also easily accessed using the street-level garage doors several feet from each studio entrance.
Potential studio tenants may include: Maker studio, metal shop, wood shop, ceramic studio, studio artists (painters, sculptors, etc..), and storage.
